We started making a few bow ties in 2013 on my kitchen table with my grandmother's Singer sewing machine. We're making a whole lot more now. We had to get new sewing machines, but they're still made by hand, one at a time.
We only use 100% cotton fabrics that we buy locally. No dry cleaning necessary. If you get some barbeque sauce on your NOLA Beaux Tie, just throw it in the washing machine and tumble dry in the dryer. Or, hang it up on a clothes line to dry. And, you can feel good about yourself, because cotton is a renewable resource. So you're not just looking thinner, younger and smarter, you're helping the environment and saving the lives of a lot of very thankful silk worms.
All NOLA Beaux ties can be tied and untied, so you can add your personal swagger to your knot. Or, if you need to save a little time, they can remain tied and still be taken on and off. And, they're all size adjustable. Either way, you can still fine tune it to rock exactly the way you want it to rock.
Our bow ties come packaged in a nice kraft jewelry box made of recycled materials with bow tying instructions included. Put a bow on it and you have the perfect present.
You can purchase our bow ties directly from the website shopping cart page, or, if you're lucky enough to be in New Orleans, you can visit one of the great local shops that carry NOLA Beaux Ties.
